Jeff Hoffman – This is a breakdown of some of the shots from the “Hobbit” parody, “An Unexpected Smaug”. I haven’t had a whole lot of time to finish the breakdowns, but I thought it would be fun for you guys to see some of the work that went into it. So I rendered the video as is until I have more time to update it.Smaug was modeled and textured in ZBrush, and rigged and animated in Maya. Compositing was done in After Effects.
